That was very funny, I've got to say.

Refrigeration units if I recall. One of my partners took them to task on this aspect, and I had to subdue him at times. He asked one of their sales reps how in the world they could provide the kind of "focus" we demanded when they had one eye on technology talking about port sizes and scaleability, and the other on packing fish. He had a point there. Frank C.
