<<The irony of this is now that the cheer leading posts or pessimistic posts are going to
have no bearing. The stock will not trade again until the SEC says so and the results
of their investigation are going to have a much more profound impact on the
company and share price than the most rabid long or 'basher'.>>

YES!!! great insight here... now mtei will inevitably trade based soley upon its merit, be
it good or bad. IMO, this is in the best interests of MTEI.

Full and honest disclosure within your profile as well, much like MTEI Mgmt. I personally believe in Jack and co. and can't wait to see how he makes it over this most recent hurdle.

Druss,

One other point I wish to make in regards to why a stock would be
halted. In this newage of internet service. The SEC now has a Email
complaint hot-line set up. This enables anyone to simply email a
complaint to the SEC on any given security. Now with that in mind, and
the fact that now any individual can open twenty email addresses through say hotmail.com and others, it is realistic that one person could Bitch/Bash a security to the SEC numerous times. If you then take say 10 people, and they all submit emails to the SEC complaint email address...see how it is magnified.

Now lets assume that prior to this morning, the SEC had not contacted
MTEI. What would possibly be their source of this wrong doing on the
part of MTEI??

Just another perspective,

Beantown
