I would be a lot more comfortable here if insiders (not
counting Bramson, we know he's in up to his chin like the
rest of us) were loading up. What are the rules regarding
the proximity of insider transactions to material events or
announcements?

I suppose I should have waited to average down some more. At these prices, there's going to be an entirely new "class" of buyers coming on board. Maybe earnings will be less than bad, which, would be good.
Just starting to go numb, just a little, so there's lots of wiggle room left. Not too worried yet.
