Jim TenIron, Wayne J did some research on the ability of Canadian Investors to short US stocks through their Canadian Broker/Dealers. Please See post #4040. Also regarding our resident bashers: MMpro has in his profile that he is from Canada (He also gave us an amusing Pros/Cons of living in Montreal. Very funny stuff.) T.G.W. went to school about 20 miles from Canada in Potsdam NY. (Clarkson is a great school, by the way.) My guess is that he either works for a Canadian BD, his buddies are short, he has an account in Canada and can short, or he lives in Canada and any of the above can apply. I wouldn't fall for their, "I'm trying to save you from losing money" bit. I think you are smarter than that. Go up GLOW !! BCfan
