Bob, can you explain how E*Trade customers can participate in IPOs at the offer price? Is there a limit to the shares? If the E*Trade tranch is oversubscribed by its customers, how do they allocate or price it up?

What methods for using E*Trade for buying IPOs would you recommend, from your experience?

Your actual experience with the process would be valuable to have here.
