Bob, can you explain how ETrade customers can participate in IPOs at the offer price? Is there a limit to the shares? If the ETrade tranch is oversubscribed by its customers, how do they allocate or price it up? What methods for using ETrade for buying IPOs would you recommend, from your experience? Your actual experience with the process would be valuable to have here. Doug (no position in ETrade, but a long-time customer)
