Alan, I believe there are 255 million people in this country. Now assume only Americans are buying this Powerball ticket(I don't even know). With odds of 1 in 80,000,000 that works out to 1 ticket for each 3 people in this country. That's lousy odds and an awful lot of tickets. ...so what is the probability that I am holding a powerplay ticket? ...a phenomenal 33% ...but the odds are not with me b/c I Don't have a ticket.<g> Good Luck To All and remember me when you become a winner.:-) DavidG
