Gary- Your post on where will Solvex get the minerals and what happened to the paper plant goes to show how well versed you are on what is happening with Solvex. If you really followed the situation instead of dropping in to make dumb remarks you would know the answers.

The judge, and rightly so, told the SEC to leave the court. Their
complaints are not germane in the bankruptcy hearings IMO. Fraud is a
civil matter and does not fall under the bankruptcy courts jurisdiction.
