So does all this mean that Winr has more competition than we thought in the gaming payout arena ? What does all this bode for Winr ?

As we all know the Kyl bill made internet gambling illegal in the U.S....at least for the time being. I read nothing in the statement that indicated internet gambling other than being able to pay or collect through the internet. Sounds like to me these cards will be usable at gambling sites, on site, but not to gamble on the internet. And note it says nationwide. WINR has already stated since internet gambling, domestically, was never expected to be a market it s the rest of the world they are dealing with.

hman, we have seen FDC before. I mentioned it in a previous post. Skinner has indicated that NONE of the current online transaction companies offer a means of getting money back, so the fact that they are offering this system to online gaming is no different than what is already out there, except that it may be slightly more credible. They can offer ways to get your money, but how will you collect? In addition, they still only have acceptance of US dollars. WINR has the multicurrency exchange allowing anyone in the world to game. LOL though, as the online gaming will be illegal in the US.

No threat.

Here is a piece of the e-mail from Skinner that references this issue:
I would like to thank you for all the information about potential competition out there. I do
fully investigate all of them and they all have the same thing in common:
they all process credit cards, etc. for a company but if you want to pay someone(get your money back)
you're on your own. They offer a merchant for monies in, but they can't help you with monies out. This is what makes us the only full-service company in the world.

As far as stock dividend: I have heard this before from CFG. When I posed the question to Skinner back in May, he responded by saying that anything like that was at least a year or more away. Things can change though.

Also, I have not heard much from Skinner lately. I understand he is back in Europe. Since the system is ready for testing as of today, I suspect he is displaying its capabilities to a few companies. Perhaps we will hear something next week. Regardless, the big day is when we are open for business. I am hearing mid August, with late August as a fail safe for public relations.
