Totally and absolutely speechless here about the authorized shares. I was going to post last night about how pleased I was that the company was not even considering a reverse stock split. I also figured that the new CFO would be able to pull in the reins on some of their expenses and help increase the net income. I figured they would begin building a cash reserve and then begin a stock buy back or use the cash for acquisitions. But now I guess it is true that LTGL does have a printing press. Absolutely unbelievable. Absolutely and totally ticked and disappointed.
