You're correct...

It should have said the FED can't raise rates, without the (as they should)...

Greenspan's hinting at inflation and markets that eventually fall, was another take on his irrational exuberance posture...

The bottom line is that GDP is weakening, and the Asian Flu is strengthening... Without a FED rate cut we could slip into recession... The market is beginning to discount this...
