Bluegreen,

I haven't sent in the forms yet for a day trading firm, though I'm leaning towards MBT.

In the meantime, I found an accommodating team member at Fido who will stay on the phone with me for some 30 minutes running while we cut in/out of stocks. She'll pull the trigger as soon as I say buy or sell. I'd rather have my own finger on the button, but failing that this is at least a learning experience.

After 4 days of dozens of trades each (and what must be millions of dollars of stock sloshing back and forth), I've only netted about $300/day. Hardly seems worth the effort, but then I'm only just learning. If the results don't improve, I'll have to rethink the endeavor. On the other hand, I think part of the problem may be a very, very weak market. (I've been playing long day trades, with just one short box/unbox on AMZN.)

Best regards and good luck,

Gary Korn
