McMillan does not have to be correct; but caution should be exercised at this point (if he has excellent gains, as you say).

Mark Cook also has the market extremely oversold per his Primary Indicator.

But his indicator is based on TICK, and he has been warning against the short side for about a week. I suppose sooner or later he will be proven correct.
