New Flash........Is this the method of announcing financing. If you are such an expert and have access to inside information, then answer this....On October 23, 1997 TALH announced via Business Wire that it secured a cimmitment for $150M debenture. Where is this money??? And by the way, where is all the other millions that Gene claims he raised during 1992 to present???. Don't get me wrong, I hope that the financing is raised because Gene owes me and shareholders significant money. But Gene has a shady past, so lets deal with facts!! Thanks for the lead, I will try to confirm your information.

Well your News Flash has certainly not created any volume of TALH today. Evident that your credibility is zero. As coldtrader said , I will believe it when I see it. Matter of fact, why should we believe it even if we read it. We have read numerious bogus announcements from WEBCO, Norka, Mirage, TALH, etc etc that were all lies.....Tell me...what has changed to make us feel any different?? Gene certainly hasn't!

Chip Head, When you announce on this board that $150M has been raised and is secure, you did not say it was second hand information. By the way, I have been told by Chip and Gene more times than I can remember that large sums of financing has been raised. All were lies. So go back to your source and conduct some due diligence and find out why the person said money was raised and is secure. And if the answer is, "Well Chip told me..." then let us know because Chip's word is worthless. Norka
