Hi Merlin,

<Test plant>...In early July ...someone quoted Runyon as having said
" we are waiting on the permit from Maricopa county in order to turn the key on at the new plant at the peoria 7 mine".

There is such a permit, originated by M Runyon-Davis..It was initiated on March 3 1998...went to public notice on June 10th for 30 days.
Time was up on July 10th.. There were no requests for a public hearing so the permit could have been picked up a few days after the July 10th....Today is the 30th and the permit was mailed out to Runyon sometime last week, enough time for him to have responded by paying the $350 fee..

Question is how much longer before the key is turned now..

Ask MAZZ he seems to have the inside track with Runyon..
Don't confuse this permit with the non existant Cimetta permit..

GD.
