Re: Greenspan, the market, and CMGI. Greenspan is a disciple of Ayn Rand. Read: Atlas Shrugged. It's all about free market. He believes in it. This philosphy does not include market manipulation. It the market tanks, his policies are more likely to manipulate interest rates to stimulate spending than anything else. CMGI will go down with all the other internet stocks. But only a fool would believe that the internet is a short term fad...like that automobile thing.
