C.R., On audited financials... The projection at that time was given to me by Greg Reight who was acting as a PR person for Beacon, I think??? Currently, the company is working diligently to consign a SEC approved auditing firm the does not charge an outrageous price for combining the Chinese financials with US based accounts practices. This I know to be an extremely high priority with the company. They had previously, like some 3 weeks ago, believed they had such a company, but the company began added significant cost for travel and lodging to China to accumulate data. Smelling a high priced boondoggle at Beacon's expense they turned to other sources. I believe they have made some recent headway in this process, as I know they are very anxious to have this completed. Given all of that, I would not now speculate on a time frame. I do believe that as soon as the company has compelling information, they will inform folks as to their status. I do know that company officials are as exasperated about these delays as stock holders are. They are nevertheless, trying to obtain an economically feasible solution and are not being paniced into a bad or foolish position, IMO. A great deal of patience is necessary and sometimes it wear thin for many of us. And, no harm, no foul...Shorty
