....this signifies real deregulation of the financial sector--shows they do mean business--albeit quite slow about it

.....GE, merril lynch, goldman sachs, traveler's, citicorp, etc. have all been on a buying spree--that is a good sign--also hear vultures are hovering over the real estate market

......they will build a bridge for the banks

......they will spend on pork barrel

......they will cut taxes

......next spring they will deregulate telecom

......i am dollar cost averaging into the market and will continue over the next 1-2 years
