No doubt about it at all. However, if one could short BB stocks, they'd be a great counter indicator.

Did you notice that recent price is $3.75 on the web site. So that stock is already down about 2/3?

they are a paid PR firm for i think all of these companies they tout.

You have the right idea. The PR firm is required by law to state clearly if they are paid for the analysis. Stay completely away from paid PR nonsense; reputable companies do not require paid touts.

There is no substitute for good old fashioned homework. You'll have to make your own mind up as to whose ideas you think make sense. Peter Lynch is different from William O'Neill, but both have sensible viewpoints.

Right now, I personally would be very cautious with any stock that had a P/E over about 30, and buy only if I knew the stock very well and really liked the future prospects. You could also watch and see what stocks resist any market break in August-September; where the money is flowing into the stock.
