Nemer,

You never told me this..

Are you sure you werent drinking last time?

I will try that..

So feet together, dont lift the feet off the ground. 5 iron, brush back on the backswing, tight left arm...

I will try this Friday AM...

If it can get me loose from throwing my shoulder on the downswing, then I will buy your round when we all get together in the fall..

No kidding, I am up for trying anything..

What does this do to limiting the shoulder toss?

Nemer,

**OT**

I went to the range today, and I think I followed what you told for the most part..

I didnt drag the club as far as I could, but did drag it.

Feet together, I tried to bring the club on an inside path on the backswing, but I dont think I tossed the clubhead out right on the downswing to the point that it helped..

It was windy, and most shots went from 100-150 in length with the 5 iron..

I think the two things I did wrong were the dragging it until I almost cannot anymore, and the right to left switch tossing the club head right of the target.

It seemed like I was very stationary and there wasnt alot of weight shift.. with the feet together you know?

I did that and a little bit of Bob Mann left hand only swinging.. No regular shooting.. no driver... :}

Will try again dragging the clubhead inside as far as I can, and concentrating on rotating hips right to left and club out right of the path..

I think my shoulder toss is so inherent and severe that it will take drastic efforts to stop it..

Will update as I continue..
