Fortune Cookie Time Traveler, I think Dr. Victoria was quite explicit in the post you aptly described as a 'fortune cookie'. To refresh our memories, last night she said, "For those who sold @ 118 & 113 (last week & this week)or new buyer Let make tomorrow a buy day" I shouldn't think that requires explanation. For those had holding dell. Don't add more than 5 % of your holding --If you already own, don't add more than 5% at this time.
