ALL HOLDERS Please vote against a roll-back plan, we'll kick out these incompetent directors at the annual meeting next month. HPC(T) was in a similar situation months ago when a board of directors proposed a share consolidation, as shareholders dumped stock all the way down to 0.25 from $2.60 but eventually shareholders defeated the roll back proposal at the annual meeting and directors resigned from the co. Stock price rebounded back to $2.00 range recently.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I am passing this on to you all as a favor for Cary, I have no personal comment in the matter, though I did lose my ass on this deal along with most others. Gary, Thank you for your assistance.. To RDWW, It's quite Obvious that you do not no what you are talking about, With every PR. person that I know they relay on the principles of the company for the information so they can pass it along to the investing public.. When the insiders of a public company hide, alter or embellish the facts we are the ones who get it in the butt. So next time you what to slam the PR person you might consider this fact, we are only doing our job to the best of our ability with the so called factual information that we are provided with.And by the way why don't you publish your name so the people can see who RDWW is.......
