Mr.Randall Baker was an employee of Mr. Mork and Magellan. He was also an officer in Mork's Canadian securities firm, Pemp. He freely admits to shorting BB stocks out of Canada for Mr. Mork.
But it is another role Mr. Baker has played that is of interest here tonight. Mr. Baker was hired by Mr. Mork as one of the "consultants" he hired to bash OVIS (RMIL) on S.I..
Please recall that Mr. Mork shared adjoining suites with Mr. Zapara (Alexis), and Mr. Brody was an employee of Alexis.
I had previously noticed a post on the RMIL S.I. thread concerning Mr. Ed Brody . Mr. Brody had at one time "worked" for the 'Financial Internet Group' (F.I.G). He was promoting stocks of Joe Lanza. F.I.G posts primarily on the ASTG thread.

Mr. Brody attempted to get us to buy a large position in MGMT (which
is now Mako Capital (MAKO). In his sales pitch he
grilled us intensely about the role
that S.I. played in the decisions of investors to buy or sell stocks.

Mr. Brody has , just today, claimed he does not know Mr. Dempsey Mork, regardless of the fact that his employer, Alexis (Zapara) shared adjoining suites and the very same mailing address as Mork.

Mr. Brody was also very interested in S.I. as a device for promoting stocks , as was Mork, who hired Randall Baker to bash OVIS (RMIL) on S.I..

PUHRTY:
------- "You asked about the story between Mork & Zapara.
Zapara rented space from Mork about 1 1/2 yrs. ago. Mork was on the
lease and couldn't get out of it, so he rented to Zapara. Zapara decided
to share the space with a Broker. Zapara was supposed to be a hot shot
promoter.
But, did not do a good job and is constantly being sued by the companies
he has gone to work for. Mork got the idea one day to "short the pigs"
as he called them.
He asked me to attend a lunch meeting with he and Zapara one day. This
was my first meeting with Zapara. I had previously worked with Mork on
some companies he took public out of China. He paid me a consulting fee
for my efforts. On the day in Question, I had no idea what they had in
mind.
Turns out Zapara had a lot of stock in OVIS. I had a lot of experience
in the brokerage business, since I had previously owned 3 Brokerage
firms. With my last firm I sat on the trading desk and knew a lot about
trading stocks. Well it turned out they wanted me to short some of the
"PIGS" that Zapara represented. At the time, OVIS was selling for about
.30 share. Mork put money into an account in Canada and wanted me to
short the "PIGS". Zapara said that OVIS was a dog and was going to zero.
He also said that if we got in trouble he would bail out Mork by
providing stock to cover the short. Any profits derived from this
venture would be divided between Mork, Zapara and me. I shorted 100,000
shares for Mork. The stock started going the wrong way. When it got to
.35, I called Zapara and told him to provide stock to cover the short.
He suddenly got amnesia and thought he could make more money by holding
on to his stock. He quit talking to me and Mork.
When the stock went up to $3.00, Mork had to put a lot more money in his
account to cover the short. It was then apparent that Zapara was now the
enemy. Mork embarked on a program to discredit OVIS. As it turned out,
it wasn't hard to discredit the company. Everything they filed was
ridden with fraud including the fact that they had an operating garment
factory. Every regulator in the country was notified and Mork filed a
suit against Zapara et al. The suit is real and Zapara is still named in
the suit, but can't afford an attorney to respond. After the stock
stopped trading, Mork decided to cover the short position. He met with
Zapara and offered to drop the action against him if could provide the
100,000 shares he needed. Well, I believe Zapara couldn't transfer the
shares he had or he sold them. In any event, Zapara was going to contact
his buddies, Morgan & Breton to fulfill Mork's wishes. At first Morgan &
Breton were going to accomodate Mork. But, they changed their mind's and
the suit goes on. However, Zapara think's he is now Mork's buddy. WRONG!
Mork actually needs about 95,000 shares to cover his short.
I found out about AZNT through Zapara. Zapara said it was a "PIG" and I
shorted a couple thousand shares. I later found out that AZNT is a good
company. In fact, I flew to Las Vegas and met the company. I now provide
services to the company. The stock is good and you should see it rise to
about $5 or $6 in the next few month's. But, don't buy the stock until
you have done your own DD. You can call the company anytime."-----

AZNT is another company that hired Alexis (Zapara) to promote it. You can see the extremes AZNT has gone to to rid themselves of Mork, Zapara and Puhrty;

Dempsey Mork, assisted by his employees at Magellan, put out a fradulant press release stating that OVIS, Olympus Ventures, ltd., was not incorporated in the state of Washington as claimed. Mr. Mork, with the assistance of Mr. Baker, incorporated their own company in Washington State using the Olympus Ventures name.
-------- " Actually got a call back from Hand & Hand guy name Randall
Baker. Explaining to me all the reasons to not like our OVIS, they
had no license in FL, ***His clients (Mork) in CA own the rights to the OVIS
name in washington****, how OVIS (ours) paid for the soweing shops
for 2.5K in stock and wrote them on the books for 980K, etc. He
actually asked me point blank how many shares of stock I owned
(I thought that was an odd question). I lied to him, but also asked
if this was all true then how could this be trading he said to call
my stock house if i didnt believe him. He was pretty calm untill i
mention the letter that riley posted from the state of washington,
the then got huffy and said 'well I should just do my own research
then and you cant believe everything you read on the interenet'
(hehee...isnt that the truth) which is exactly what i told him back." -----

Rember Mr. Brody's interest in S.I. for the promotion of stocks and his involvement with F.I.G., Brody was employed by Zapara who had an adjoining suite to Mork's office suite. Mork, admittingly, also hired "consultants" (including Mr. Baker) to assist him in getting his shorted stock going in the direction he desired.
Why did Mork relieve these "consultants" from their duties on S.I.?
There was another individual who assured Mr. Mork that his consultants were doing him more harm than good. This individual assured Mork that he could get the desired results.
We will stop here for tonight.

Good Evening
