Lots of companies wont touch a product unless they can make a killing with high margins and sales. But that does not mean a lot of other companies wont make a killing on the products the big boys dont want. Especially in the medical business where prices just keep going up each year while the R&D cost and manufacturing costs keep going down. People put up with it since they are ignorant. But like any industry it will stop sooner or later. I would think pretty soon, since you need insurance companies to pay for the large number of drugs that people take, Now if you had to pay $10/day to get your kicks thats $300/month for the average person for medications. With all the problems with health care, we shall see how long this will continue. There needs to be a real shake up in the medical industry and its happening already if companies like OXHP, FPAM, PHYC etc are not doing too good.. I am plain amazed with so many people on medication, who is normal? Its pretty hard to control normal people who are not zombied out.
