bear in mind, just one man's opinion... dollar is trending down versus the European DMark... that might continue

you mean versus JYen... I believe the yen will weaker much much more... two things cause the Japanese to indeed change their ways and even their system... one is Nikkei index, other is dollar/yen... the Rubin initiative (really Clinton) caused the yen to bottom temporarily... no technical pattern is evident to me right now... no bear triangle, more like a "pause pennant" pattern

I expect this October to see dollar/yen at 155, and later 160's... this will be in response to a climax of inaction, or worse, wrong moves... irony still lies in structural fact of life that Japan now suffers from inflation as the yen declines in certain product areas !!!

150's maybe later 160's ... I occasionally read 200 extreme... recall in 1970's with Volker's super dollar we had 230 dollar/yen
