Remember, the play on QUST is on the warrants (QUSTW), only $1 7/8. If QUST runs to $13 (as expected by analysts, based on projected '98 earnings of $0.72), the warrants would run to at least $7 1/4.

Two more acquisitions will be announced within 60 days that will add over $20 million in sales and be immediately accretive to earnings (direct from the CEO's mouth, I talked to him this AM).

SALT LAKE CITY, July 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Quick Tent, Inc. (Nasdaq: QTNT - news) today announced that it has
received $275,000 as the first part of a $1,000,000 financing package. Commenting on the financing package, David Taylor,
Treasurer of Quick Tent, Inc. stated, ''The new financing will be utilized to purchase tent inventory to fill existing tent orders.''
