TED, I think you used up the TEDeffect on IAIC. At least I pray that's the case here. (g)

Ted,

I sure hope not, but it looks like the TEDeffect will strike again. The numbers are out: 16cents per share is not that bad and I think the marketplace expected that, but what is poor in my view is the revenue line. It only grew 14% to still under 10M. Remember, we all were expecting 10M+ for the 1st quarter and they still didn't manage to get there. The only positive thing I can see here is that the cost line does not really grow. Every buck more in rev goes almost down directly to the bottom line, so the company will need to make less rev to meet their earnings numbers as some might expect.

Just my first impression here, it's going to be interesting what the management will say during the conference call tomorrow.

Good luck to us all,

Frank

TEDennis - I was going to give an early warning for a possible failure or exception to TEDeffect on ALYD this time.
First, you thought of buying. That is TEDeffect no. 1. That usually means the stock goes up. There was a time lag but the stock did go up. Before it finished its ascent, you said you bought it at 13 3/4, triggering TEDeffect no. 2. TEDeffect no. 2 means that the stock should go down after you bought. There is a time lag for this too. What we are seeing now is a strong effect of your thought that refuses to obey the TEDEffect no. 2. If this theory is correct, it will take a few more days for the true TEDeffect no. 2 to show. May be, next week, when the stock can not hold above 17, we'll see TEDeffect no. 2 in action. Ram
