On the SEC website Forecross has filed another Form 10 dated July 23. Hopefully this is just the restatement of revenues that the SEC commented on. I'm tired of this VSE price erosion, I've owned this stock for over 2 years and seen my investment Grow and decline. But I haven't sold, not yet- not until we get closer to Y2K. Hopefully the NASDAQ listing will get this stock back on track. Of course a nice earnings report couldn't hurt.

You might want to check Bloomberg news of last week. Litigation costs may exceed cost to fix the problem.

The "not on my watch" philosophy of many CEOs and board members has begun to change dramatically. Nothing like self-interest to motivate change, is there?
