Bob, I too had one that broke open, but as Mark pointed out, these pouches will not be shipped the way Scott shipped them. They were packed loosely in a box pretty much free to bounce all over the place. I regularly ship products from my own business into the States, and you should see how couriers treat the packages, and how they end up looking. I use reinforced padding inside the boxes so that the product does not get damaged. And think, because the packages were labelled as containing juice inside, don't you think the couriers were just a little more careless perhaps in handling them. I had no problem with the rip system - my 7 year old ripped it! - and again there was no spill. I could see a problem if you had abnormally large hands and/or fingers however.

<<<You said that opening it was a bit more difficult than you were expecting and you spilled some. Now that you know how to open it do you think you would spill it again?>>>

Well, before I try another I am going to take a couple in to my workplace and get the opinion of some other people. I will let you know what they think. I don't want to say anything bad about the product because I really don't think there is anything bad to say. As a mechanical design engineer I get paid to be critical. It's just my nature. <g>
