I have received numerous letters that the outfit. Disregard it, its all of bunch of bull. If memory recalls correctly, Barrick paid $30/share (Canadian-Which these days is almost worthless) for Arequipa's Pierina's mine.
I remember when Barrick offered $30/share, everyone stated they paid way too much for what Pierina was worth. Barrick now has the last laugh. Pierina is Barrick's jewel holding. Estimated reserves at last count-12 million ounces and more to follow, with a mining cost of roughly $80/ounce. I have spoken to many individuals, geologists included, all have said that region of Peru holds many many millions of ounces of gold.
All you need do is look at how many major players are involved with exploration and mining in that region. Tremendous growth and interest, especially after Barrick's purchase of Pierina.

Cheers,
ZEUS
