Doug, I understood that IPM bought or optioned the property from another company and has missed a payment? Is that true? Or was the property staked by IPM or totally purchased and fully paid for?
Please correct me where wrong and place the real property situation on the thread, or anyone can.
If the Aug 31 payments are missed then the land will lapse and be declared open for staking. What timetable for that? 12:01 AM 1 Sept 98? Perhaps. Ask thall.
