Re: Bear Market for Specific Stocks

I believe that we have experienced "rolling bear markets" over the recent past. Various sectors and industries seem to have been taking turns at significant stock price declines. Most recently, semiconductor capital equipment and other technology stocks with business in Asia have gone through a bear market.

I think the articles you reference discuss this, but use the information to substantiate that the overall market is currently a "bear." I think the article misses out on the idea that the sector-specific bear markets for some of these industries may already be over.

Best wishes,

I2
