Wrong. Here is a direct quote from the 7-2-98 Press Release about the PC Quote offering.

"General Magic has also secured an opportunity to utilize PC Quote's 'Hyperfeed' technology to deliver real-time stock quotes through the Portico service."

It is possible that full integration has not yet occurred due to the recent date of the agreement, but it is clearly intended that Portico users will have real time quotes available to them.

Most likely you will have to pay extra for the realtime
quotes. A reseller would most likely be able to determine
for you when realtime quotes will be available (if not today :^)
and how much the realtime quotes will cost you.

Markman, during the post-earnings conference call, said that
stock quotes were third on the list of most used Portico
features. First was email/voice mail, second calling through
Portico.
