Dana,

I don't believe Terry is mudslinging. I
really think he has an honest experience.

And frankly, I'm relieved to hear about bad
experiences, otherwise I can't explain the
low valuations for MRVC other than UFOs and
b.s. theories. I mean, if MRVC satisfied
100 percent of the customers, it probably
would be trading at 50.

In view of this, I think the Xyplex-MRVC merger,
aside from bringing together the edgeblaster
technology, also brings together the synergies
of Xyplex's support expertise, manufacturing
expertise, and sales people.

Again, some of the analysts in the CC wrongly kept
looking at the contribution of old Xyplex products to
judge the success of the acquisition,
and again, I think it would be foolish to imply that total
sales should be subtracted by 15 million, (the net
difference in accrued liabilities).

If Xyplex merged with MRVC earlier, the experiences of
Terry Kennedy may have been avoided. I know how it is
to run a tight company with extremely tight human resources.
You can have the best intentions, but without the people,
you will come across as arrogant, or incompetent by the
customers.
