MAZZ,

You still don't have the picture.....Canada, Africa, Australia or U.S.A
and Hewlett combined will not be able to extract anything out of
MAXAM's properties......Cimetta processed 500lbs or the COC material on hand...zero.....RDI processed 30lbs...results..you tell me?...now a
Canadian Lab.....You all seem to forget...Hewlett and Cooley, world
renowend consultants specialized in processisng material when no one else could find it...remember all the assay resultls published by
Maxam going back a year or so...remember the 49 % announcement by Hewlett on June 4 , 1988 in ore reserves.....What do you guys need before you recognize...there is definately a problem here...

Shades of all DD'S ....TO ALL IS THERE JUST ONE DD OUTFIT WHO HAS GONE ON LINE.....YOU ARE ALL BEING MINED.

Richard, and for all
I just received an E-mail from Dale and this is just as it was written.

We can mine on the five acres. The Arizona Dept. of Mines & Minerals does not issue permits. The information I have is that they are responsible for the museum.

The July 10, date referred to the air quality permit in Pima county for use by Cimetta when running our leach test. Cimetta states that they can go ahead with batch leaches as long as it is not continuous.

Refference our Peoria Seven mine site in Maricopa County:

We have all the permits necessary except the air quality which has been completed. We have sent the necessary fee and will receive the hard copy permit as soon as possible. When that is received we will proceed with the paperwork required by the BLM. They will use the mine reserve Audit as the technical resource necessary for the wrap around permit on a mine plan of an enlarged area, this will also include when approved the operation of the leaching system as part of the mining and milling flow chart.

I hope this answers your questions.

Reguards,

Dale L Runyon

I quoted the letter word for word so as to make sure not to add or take away

Richard,

I want to back track a little to refresh my memory and thoughts. There is a special meeting of share holders in Peoria on September 11 to discuss several topics that were recently released. I am sorry if this covers old ground but I would like to hear what your feelings are regarding the issues found here

maxamgold.com

Peoria is only 211.46235241 miles away from me. I just might take a ride and see what kind of trouble I can get into <g>. It might allow me the opportunity to get a better feel for the operations that are being spun off as well.
