Mr. Rob,
I will continue where I left off for the benefit of RMIL shareholders. I will, again, refer you to this group of individuals;

-----C. Alexis International-Michael Zapara, JIM GRANT, Harry Hanna, Ed Brody, Jim Bradley --------

For the moment, we will use Mr. Jim Grant to bring things closer to home (RMIL);

From Mr. Kugler;
------" You may want to talk to Jim Grant, who is now manager at Shawnee Country Club. 405-273-1763. He'll open your eyes a bit. He was a former partner with Zapara. There are others I can turn you on to potentially, but I'd have to clear with them first, if you're interested.

Mike " ----------

another snip;
----"Some of the companies with whom he has done buisness have threatened to kill him (Zapara). There are a couple deals in which he sold stock for companies, promising to split the money with them, and then didn't pay them. Check out VHS enterprises and AZNT. And there are others. The SEC and the Justice Department would have a field day with him IMHO."-----

Now recall, Ed Brody was an employee of Alexis and worked for Zapara. Jim Grant managed the Shawnee Country Club which is frequented by Messrs. Lanza, Mork and Zapara. Mr. Brody claimed yesterday he doesn't know Mr. Mork, yet Mr. Brody was an employee of Mr. Zapara who shared office space with Mr. Mork. Jim Grant, who managed Shawnee was a former partner of Zapara. Jim Grant was refered to us by Mr. Kugler.

MDCE shareholders should be concerned when Mr. Brody states he doesn't know Mr. Mork. RMIL shareholders should be concerned Mr. Kugler is refering us to Mr. Grant for their diligence on Zapara.

Good Day

RBM
