Richard No, I dont think that the two properties or the two methods are that intertwined. I also think that Chip spent more time setting up subsidiaries than in setting up research labs. They are setting up operation as a casino operaters, internet experts, and a host of other "ventures". All under the direction of a guy who has been recently banned from heading up another company(or something like that) Perhaps you can expand on that recent ruling for us? Mark
