Mike: I don't think we know either way whether Ledoux has screwed up or if the check labs have screwed up. The press release is ambiguous (deliberately so I'd say) and no one has had the stones to make Ledoux clarify their statement to the company. Now you will hear that we need to wait for complete answers etc., but the plain fact is Ledoux could clarify whether they feel their numbers are accurate or not. JLA

Mike, I don't see any way else to view this. Ledoux got numbers. The check labs did not. Ledoux is put on the spot to prove that they are right and makes a statement that they are confident that there methods are accurate but questions need to be answered.

Seems pretty straight forward.
