Good Morning from Southeast Idaho....My records reflect a conversation that I had with PNLK's PAM on 07/23/98...2:30 P.M. I asked her how things were proceeding...Her response was..."fairly well". She then said, "Phase 2 will be completed on or before the end of August". That was the first time that I heard a possible slip from 08/07/98. A week later, we can see that the wheels were in motion, with regard to the shift of art and stage directors. Cloudy this morning. They are calling for rain later today. Fishing weather.
