Interesting. The main shareholders (Schlumberger Family) do not like it when the price of their shares go down. It's hard for them to live on only a "couple of mil" a year so they sell shares from time to time. Extreme pressure on officers to keep price up.

Thanks for the info. Price is up nicely today.

CAMCO-SLB NEWS:

NEW YORK, July 30 (Reuters) - Schlumberger Ltd. and Camco International Inc. said Thursday the required waiting
period under U.S. antitrust law expired, giving the green light to the merger between Camco and Schlumberger's technology
unit.

"The proposed merger between Schlumberger Technology Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Schlumberger, and
Camco International Inc., is expected to proceed without further U.S. antitrust review," the companies said in a joint
statement.

They anticipate the merger will close August 31, following the Camco stockholders meeting.

Both Schlumberger and Camco provide oilfield equipment and services.
