Mike, Substance over form is my preference. Rome may not have been built in one day, but this Rome has been 60% destroyed since my initial investment. You and the company do what you believe best, but I invested for a good return and all I have so far is a big loss. All I and most other investors are interested in is the stock price. This is definitely an investment I regret and I only want to try to salvage what I can.

Mike, Paul Holm @ KCSA was saying last week that there were two big groups that sold off their shares recently which is why the price spiraled downward as of the last few weeks. With the news of the convertibles and then half the outstanding being tied up for one year, what is your spin on the recent news? Any good explanation why two groups that were in @ .12 (per Paul Holm) were jumping out? Yeah, they did the multi-bagger but with the potential of the Voice Commander and then JVing with Prema Cis, could be an an early departure or.....do they know something we don't?
