Well, the pouches were packed in two boxes. One with the pouches in it and that was placed in a box with packing around it. The outer box was sturdy and it didn't look like it had been thrown around to me. I would rather ask the question on the pouch then just make a stereotypical assumption that it was damaged in the post office. My point is that the pack may be quite sturdy but if there is an open vulnerability for a random manufacturing defect due to the process than just doing a drop test might not be enough. I also think that normal retail delivery isn't going to be handled with kid gloves either. As I said I am not here to downgrade the product but if I were to put my money into this investment I can't ignore it either.
