Thanks for the kind reply. I agree wholeheartedly, this is a company should be a core holding in anybody's portfolio. I am extremely impressed with the management and owning Bell Labs alone is worth the price of admission. Contrary to the comments CSCO's Mr. Chambers, Lucent is anything BUT "an old world company".

Looks like todays action has soothed some of the hand wringing.
