Some additional information on the listing issue. In addition to what is on the link to the NASDAQ site, I received some information today specific to the minimum share price issue. There is a time dimension and the share price must be less than $1.00/share for thirty business days. There is 90 calendar days to correct the problem and it is remedied by being in compliance for 10 consecutive business days.

I also received the opinion that some companies were out of compliance for longer periods of time and were not delisted.

There appears to be more lattitude on the listing requirement for share price than is apparent on the NASDAQ site.
