I reported the same info on the Yahoo boards and also have no name. Does anyone have any amplifying info on why the stock was downgraded? Until I read more specifics, I would have to think this upgrade smacks of trader manipulation.

I quickly investigated all upgrade/downgrade links I could find, but could not find this info. I heard a brief snippet on CNBC but could not pick up the name of the firm doing the downgrading let alone why.

This firm must have been the one doing all the selling (short?) the past few days (weeks?) in an attempt to drive the price down and now that we have reached their objective (35?) they go in for the coup de grace and downgrade hoping to drive it down one final time...then begin accumulating cheap shares.

Call me a cynic.
