I also called the transfer agent and have confirmed the 120+ Million Outstanding Shares, the 44+ Million Restricted and the 200+ Million Authorized shares. I am appalled. I am also out of LTGL as of this morning. I don't see anywhere in the near future where I will repurchase LTGL. I will look at it over the next few years and if the dilution stops, I will reconsider, maybe. Lesson learned. Best of luck to all.

Congratulations, Spencer!

You've ruined your company by further dilution and stockholder manipulation. I fully expect your stock to be sub penny very soon, so I will have the joy of knowing your additional shares will be nearly worthless. I once believed in you and your company, but you have deceived us all.

P.S. Poor Daniel will come home from summer camp and find out his beloved company has gone South. Well, we all live and learn.
