Differences of opinion are allowed. FWIW I don't think they spent a year on this assay technique. Their focus for much of the period was on the J/L process. The first non J/L numbers we saw from them were in March. As I recall this was part of the change of focus associated with JJ's departure. So if you consider they may have started down this trail slightly before that, they may have been working with this particular procedure 4 or 5 months. Also where do you get the $3mln number? Does that include money that was spent on analyzing J/L etc. Not all the money we have paid Ledoux can rightly be assigned to this particular procedure. Henry
