Yes, but sadly Vantive has confused the market with their product positioning in SFA against Sebl, rather than against Clfy in customer support. There is a difference between Customer Support and Sales Force Automation. Some companies require a full-suite of products, which both Vantive and Sebl have, but this expected convergence hasn't happened as quickly as expected. Vantive now finds itself competing for stand-alone SFA deals against Sebl...where Vantive is likely to lose. In customer support Vantive competes for stand alone deals against Clfy, where Clfy is now reinvigorated and where Vantive has somewhat let down it's guard by neglecting that segment in favor of SFA.
