Don't forget the potential business from medical and legal professions. National firms have intranets--and let me tell you, they are very basic. I like the idea that a client can go to one office and have a video teleconference with all the attorneys working on the case (as well as to see who is in attendence for billing purposes). Considering attorney-client confidentiality--it can only be done on a secured server. MS--get in touch with the managing partners of the big firms.
