David,

I was chatting with a Fido (Spartan) team member today about my contemplated move to MBT for day trading. For what it is worth, he advised that a revamped Fidelity web trading program is in the works, and might be released in several months. He wasn't sure when and I wouldn't hold him to anything.

However, when I have the time (or if you do), I think it is worth placing a call to the Fidelity electronic products group to determine just what might be happening on Fido web access.

David, the Signal Online datafeed costs $175/month, or $150/month for a 1 year contract. Level 2 costs an extra $100/month or $50/month if on the 1 year contract. I'm not going to the 1 year contract, yet, because if I move to MBT, I'll be getting the same similar data from them, probably for free (given the number of my trades).

Best to you,

Gary Korn
