Unless I am reading this wrong we added 51 Milion to us as we own
51% of JV so that brings us to aprox 150 mil,, am I missing something

I keep reading and re-reading the release. It really looks very good. I had been wondering what motivated the Locus people to join a little company like DCTC. Apparently they were fully aware of what was about to be announced and recognized that the DCTC shares they were receiving would likely be worth a bunch more in a relatively short period of time. At least that's my take on it at this time. George E.
